The African black soaps are a rare form of soap bar in Europe; we at Sis and Bro offer African black soaps that are made with fundamental native hand-crafting skills from Ghana; the business focuses on using only natural and plant-based extracts to create the natural way of delivering skin nutrition.

Not only do the natural ingredients that make up Black African Soap contain antifungal and antibacterial properties to help combat acne, but the ash that gives the soap its dark color also works to exfoliate and unclog the pores from dirt, makeup, and other harmful contaminants. Normally acne treatments can be extremely drying on the skin which can actually encourage excess oil and sebum production to worsen the condition. However, our soap contains shea butter and coconut oil to deeply moisturize and balance oil levels while simultaneously cleansing and detoxifying the skin.

Give it a chance — it may take a few weeks for you to fully experience the wonderful detoxifying benefits of black soap. With every use, it purifies and moisturizes the skin to eventually leave you with clearer and brighter skin that is also delicately soft. Some people may experience minor breakouts initially, but these will clear in a short space of time.

The African black soaps offered by Sis and Bro are unique as we rely only on natural extracts and oils and completely prohibit the use of synthetic fragrances, SLS, parabens, sulfates, and other common chemicals used in making soaps.

We at Sis and Bro strictly follow a no animal cruelty policy per which never test our product on helpless animals.

Furthermore, Hand-pressed with care, our soap is produced in small batches to reduce any excess waste in addition to ensuring that only fresh, premium quality ingredients that are 100% vegan, safe and effective are incorporated. We also try to e-plant sapling for the plant we use as raw material to ensure sustainable development and natural preservation.


No, it’s not necessary. You can shop and check out as a guest every time. Creating an account with us allows you to order without having to enter your details each time you shop with us. You can sign up now, or shop first and create your account right before checking out on the cart page.

Our orders are not bound by quantity; you can order as much as the quantity you wish, In case you have a query, you can fill out the form on our wholesale portal.

All orders will be processed within two working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. The time stated is based on Central European Time (UTC+01:00).

You can edit or cancel your order within one working day of placing it. For further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at SUPPORT@SISNBRO.EU.

We accept payments through Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, please note that orders will not be shipped until payment has been approved and the billing and shipping address has been verified. Alternatively, you can check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.


We sustainably source our products from West Africa and deliver them to all countries within the EU. Please allow for 2-5 business days for your product to reach you after receiving an order confirmation.

The Standard courier delivery time frame is approximately 2-7 working days from the time of placing your order. This is applicable to all European deliveries.

To track your order,  please visit our “Track Order” page.  Enter your Order ID and billing email and press the “Track” button.  You can find your order ID on the confirmation email you should have received.

Shipping costs depend on your destination address and country. After entering the delivery details, we will automatically calculate the shipping cost based on the address provided.
